What’s Included..

Personalized Astrology Preparation: Before your event, I collect each guest’s birth information to prepare printed natal charts and custom handouts highlighting key personal insights. These materials are designed to be clear and accessible — no astrology background required.

Interactive Group Astrology Session

We begin with a guided group experience where I walk guests through their charts in a relaxed, conversational way. Even in groups where not everyone knows each other, this shared exploration creates immediate connection. Guests begin to recognize themselves in one another’s stories, sparking meaningful discussion and an atmosphere that feels open, engaging, and surprisingly natural.

Private Mini Tarot Readings

Each guest then receives a personal 10–15 minute tarot reading, offering focused clarity and a moment of individual reflection within the group setting.

The result is an experience that sparks connection, encourages conversation, and leaves guests with something personal and memorable.

The signature private astrology and tarot experience is designed for intimate gatherings of 3–10 guests.

Do guests need to know their exact birth time for the astrology portion?

Birth time is helpful for the most detailed chart preparation, The exact time of birth from a birth certificate helps to set up the chart and the rising sign and offers the most accurate reading, but it’s not required. I provide accessible materials and guidance so every guest can participate meaningfully.

How far in advance should we book a private tarot or astrology event?

For retreats and private gatherings, I recommend booking 3–6 weeks in advance. Spring and fall weekends and holidays tend to book quickly.

Is this experience appropriate for guests who have never had a tarot reading?

Absolutely. The readings are conversational, grounded, and approachable. Many guests are first-timers and are often surprised by how relevant and practical the experience feels.

How is this different from hiring a tarot reader for entertainment?

My approach is designed to create connection and thoughtful conversation, not spectacle. Whether in a private home or retreat setting, the experience feels intentional, grounded, and personally meaningful.

How much time should we allow for the Signature Private Astrology & Tarot Experience?

For most private retreats and intimate gatherings in Colorado, I recommend allowing 2.5 to 3 hours for the full experience.

This includes:

A guided group astrology session (typically 60–90 minutes, depending on group size and interaction)
Individual 10–15 minute tarot readings for each guest

For smaller groups (3–5 guests), the experience may feel more intimate and can be completed closer to the 2–2.5 hour range. For larger groups (8–10 guests), allowing closer to 3 hours ensures everyone has space to participate fully without feeling rushed.

The pace is relaxed and conversational, so guests can engage naturally while still keeping the flow of your retreat or gathering.
