These private gatherings blend astrology, conversation, and tarot into an experience that feels thoughtful, personal, and engaging. Whether everyone has known each other for years or is meeting for the first time, the evening naturally creates connection as guests discover new perspectives about themselves and one another.

I host gatherings throughout Colorado Springs and the Colorado Front Range for groups of up to 12 guests.

What to Expect....
Before your gathering, I prepare each guest's natal chart using their birth information. Everyone receives a personalized packet to keep, including their birth chart and notes highlighting some of the most meaningful themes in their chart.

We begin together with an interactive astrology session where I guide the group through each person's Sun, Moon, and Rising signs, along with a few additional chart placements that offer insight into personality, relationships, communication, and life patterns. No previous knowledge of astrology is needed. The conversation is relaxed, accessible, and often full of recognition, laughter, and thoughtful discussion.

Following the group session, each guest receives a private mini tarot reading, offering space for personal reflection and individual questions.

Most gatherings last approximately three hours, depending on the size of the group.

Each gathering is thoughtfully prepared in advance, with individualized chart work completed before the event.

Private Astrology & Tarot Gatherings begin at $950 within Colorado Springs.

Front Range events begin at $1,250 and include travel throughout the Denver and Boulder area.

Tarot Readings for Public & Large-Scale Events

Looking for a memorable experience that guests will naturally gravitate toward?
I offer private tarot reading experiences for larger gatherings throughout Colorado Springs and the Colorado Front Range, including neighborhood events, boutique and retail openings, wineries, holiday parties, fundraisers, community celebrations, and corporate events.
​
With more than 15 years of experience, my reading style is grounded, thoughtful, and approachable. Guests don't need to know anything about tarot to enjoy the experience. Each reading offers a few minutes of personal insight in a relaxed setting that feels welcoming rather than theatrical.

Throughout the event, guests are invited to sit down for individual mini readings. It's an experience that naturally sparks conversation, encourages people to stay longer, and gives guests something they'll remember long after the event has ended.
I provide all of the materials needed for the readings and work with event organizers to create a setup that fits seamlessly into the flow of the event.

Tarot appearances for public and large-scale events begin at $500 for Colorado Springs.

Front Range events, including Denver and Boulder, begin at $850.

Join me at Latigo Winery in Colorado Springs to celebrate the Full Moon with tarot and wine.
I’ll be offering complimentary mini tarot readings throughout the evening. A relaxed way to gain a little clarity, spark conversation, and mark the Full Moon with intention.
Readings are first come, first served and offered on-site during the event.

How many guests can you accommodate for a private astrology & tarot retreat in Colorado?
The signature private astrology and tarot experience is designed for intimate gatherings up to 12 guests.

Do guests need to know their exact birth time for the astrology portion?
Birth time is helpful for the most detailed chart preparation, The exact time of birth from a birth certificate helps to set up the chart and the rising sign and offers the most accurate reading, but it’s not required. I provide accessible materials and guidance so every guest can participate meaningfully.

How far in advance should we book a private tarot or astrology event?
For retreats and private gatherings, I recommend booking 3–6 weeks in advance. Spring and fall weekends and holidays tend to book quickly.

Is this experience appropriate for guests who have never had a tarot reading?
Absolutely. The readings are conversational, grounded, and approachable. Many guests are first-timers and are often surprised by how relevant and practical the experience feels.

How is this different from hiring a tarot reader for entertainment?
My approach is designed to create connection and thoughtful conversation, not spectacle. Whether in a private home or retreat setting, the experience feels intentional, grounded, and personally meaningful.

How much time should we allow for the Signature Private Astrology & Tarot Experience?
For most private retreats and intimate gatherings in Colorado, I recommend allowing 2.5 to 3 hours for the full experience.
This includes:

A guided group astrology session (typically 60–90 minutes, depending on group size and interaction)

Individual 10–15 minute tarot readings for each guest
For smaller groups (3–5 guests), the experience may feel more intimate and can be completed closer to the 2–2.5 hour range. For larger groups (8–12 guests), allowing closer to 3 hours ensures everyone has space to participate fully without feeling rushed.
The pace is relaxed and conversational, so guests can engage naturally while still keeping the flow of your retreat or gathering.
